Coach Mike Plumb, who has been a competitive runner since 1977 and has competed in multisport races since 1984, has won over 100 road races and 60 multisport events.  A former Pro triathlete and duathlete, Mike began his running career in Canada and spent a good part of his multisport career in the Southeastern U.S.  Mike currently resides in Carlsbad, CA.

BACKGROUND. Coach Dennis Dresler joined TriPower in the spring of 2002 and has developed a very loyal client base in a short period of time. A top age-grouper and member of 2003 Team USA, Dennis also enjoys open-water swim races in Southern California and racing as a USCF Catergory 3 cyclist. He currently resides in Carlsbad, CA.

EDUCATION. Last August, Dennis attended the USAT Level 1 coaching clinic in Clermont, Florida and is currently pursuing his USA Cycling coaching license.

GOALS. "Professionally, my first consideration is to keep my athletes injury-free. When healthy, the primary goal of taking these athletes to faster times, all the while enjoying the sport, becomes much easier." Personally, Dennis is shooting for a top 10 overall finish at the 2003 World Championships in New Zealand.
