Coach
Mike Plumb, who has been a competitive runner since
1977 and has competed in multisport races since 1984,
has won over 100 road races and 60 multisport events.
A former Pro triathlete and duathlete, Mike began
his running career in Canada and spent a good part
of his multisport career in the Southeastern U.S.
Mike currently resides in Oceanside, CA.
